About Me

I grew up in Paris, France and moved to the United States at the age of 11, first to Pennsylvania, and subsequently to Princeton, New Jersey where I attended High School. I majored in Biology at Rutgers University-New Brunswick and obtained my MSc in Ecology from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland at the department of Ecology and Evolution.

My interests can be broadly grouped in ecology and conservation. First and foremost this involves anthropogenic influences on nature and the environment, with a specific focus on natural populations and ecological interactions, in both marine and terrestrial systems. In parallel I am interested in improving conservation efforts through a multi-disciplinary approach - how ecological and sociological knowledge can be integrated into effective conservation measures such as human-wildlife conflict mitigation and wildlife coexistence. I am also interested in initiatives building capacity and resilience through awareness, education and training to improve livelihoods conservation efforts.
